Before recruits commence work, they must complete the Registration process, this also includes a Safety Induction.

What to bring to the Induction

    welder
  • Tax File Number
  • Driver License
  • Bank Account Details
  • Superannuation Details
  • Resume listing Trade Qualifications
  • All Tickets and Licenses (such as Fork lift Ticket, Crane Operators, Welders Cert. Blue Card, Truck License etc.)

What happens at the Induction

  • View the Safety Induction Video (20mins)
  • Complete Registration Form
  • Complete Tax Declaration Form
  • Brief Conversation with a consultant
  • Issued with Induction Card

The Induction process takes about 60 minutes or less.

Uniform Requirements

All Workshop positions require Employees to wear:

  • Long sleeves.
  • Long Pants.
  • Safety Foot Wear.
  • Safety Glasses.
  • Hearing Protection and all relevant PPE.

Q. When is Pay Day?

A. Wages are Paid Electronically into your Account each Week on Thursdays.

Q. What is the Pay Week?

A. The Pay week runs from Sunday to the following Sunday Night

Q. What about Time Sheets?

A. Time Sheets are to be completed, signed and handed to the supervisor on Monday mornings. (Download Time Sheet here (235.7 KB))

Q. Does the Job pay Overtime or Penalty Rates?

A. Yes. Penalty Rates and Overtime are paid if applicable.

Q. What about Super?

A. Superannuation contributions are paid at least, every 3 months.

Q. Are all jobs Temporary?

A. Sometimes Permanent Placements are available.
